Website – the “new normal”

Really want a website but unsure how it will work?

Your website has always been your virtual shop window. So the nature of a website is that people can view you and your business without any face-to-face contact. During lockdown online sales rocketed as more and more people made their buying choices online. As we keep being told we need to embrace the “new normal” and we need to expect our websites to work hard for us. Our process for developing a new website is as follows.

Like all of our services we start with planning. This is crucial to ensuring that your website meets all of your goals. This is done through a zoom meeting and a pre-defined set of questions. Once we have all the necessary information about your new site, we construct a site map and develop the design and user interface. All of this process is done remotely and the only contact made is online.

When we have the design the approved and in place we then begin the build process and the user experience. Every step of the way we consult with our clients about progress through emails, phone calls and online conference meetings. Once the website is ready to launch we monitor the user journey and feedback is given to the client.

All websites that we produce are fully responsive, which means they adapt to any viewing screen from a desktop, to a tablet or mobile phone. So really the new normal of producing websites is the old normal for us as this process has always been used to ensure an effective website is designed and built.

If you are interested in a new shop window for your business, service or product we would be delighted to hear from you.
