PROJECT BRIEF

Hopkins Solicitors are a law firm with a difference. They offer many services including Personal Injury Claims. They required a video that would help their clients understand the processes involved and to answer some of the questions asked through making a personal injury claim.

THE CHALLENGE

Hopkins needed the video to show how they meet face to face with their clients, both at their offices and also at the client’s home address. They also wanted to reflect the many years experience that all of their specialist solicitors have in dealing with personal injury claims.

THE SOLUTION

We had a round the table discussion with our team and their team of solicitors, to fully understand the process. After speaking with the senior partners it was clear to us that an element of the video needed to contain interviews with the specialists in personal injury, who could each answer the frequently asked questions that their clients have. We also wanted to show how friendly and approachable the team are, and so used an actress to portray a client discussing their injuries.
