PROJECT BRIEF

We were asked to produce a promotional video for service users and to highlight how Headway Nottingham provides support to people who have sustained a head injury.

THE CHALLENGE

To capture the stories of these inspirational people who have experienced head injuries. We were asked to feature the staff and team behind the charity and the important work that they do but also record the life changing moments that the service users had experienced and there journey back to recovery.

THE SOLUTION

We used a series of cups with letters printed on them to highlight the key stages for recovery after head injury to spell the word “Brain”. We interspersed this with a camera recording from the manager and a series of interviews with the service users recounting their experience and how Headway has changed their life enabling them to meet new friends and benefit from the service provided. Filming across one day, we captured the shots of the staff interacting with the service users and interviews.
