PROJECT BRIEF

British Canoeing are the national governing body for paddle sports in the UK. They required a promotional video that would promote their U Canoe programmes.

THE CHALLENGE

They wanted to convey what it was like being on the water and participating in the many activities that the programme supported.

THE SOLUTION

We placed remote cameras onto the canoeist’s helmets to capture the action and show what it is like to be on the water first hand. We combined this shots of the canoes in action and motion graphics and animation to show how British Canoeing can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors. We wanted the video to show that as well as learning to canoe, it is a great deal of fun and you can have a splashing time!
